“Bestie – the fifth Beatle” as George Best was known, was one of the greatest footballers to grace the turf.

A Manchester United legend, I’ve painted this little portrait of him on a 20cm square mini canvas. It’s mounted on actual match day programmes from the 1964 season. The painting is a mixed media piece using acrylic, pencil and gold leaf.
