My latest painting on cardboard features the scene from The Shining when Jack Nicholson’s character Jack Torrance peers through the door he has just hacked at with his axe to say the famous line ‘Here’s Johnny!’ Instead of a splintered wooden door I have used a scrap of cardboard for this iconic scene.
