This portrait of Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) titled ‘Dr.Jones’ has been painted directly on a vintage repro map from Stanford’s of London. I coffee stained the linen-backed map to age it and also burnt the edges!

The China Clipper plane Indiana flies in during Raiders of the Lost Ark is included and some of the red route line from the iconic film travel map sequence

I created this painting for a 1980’s themed group art exhibition at Dynamite Gallery, Brighton. The piece is framed suspended in a box frame and measures approx 85cm x 60cm.  This painting is SOLD
